In 2018, Rebecca stepped into the role of Director of Training, where she mentors and supports agents in mastering the skills and strategies needed to excel in today’s real estate market. Her passion for professional growth — both her own and that of her colleagues — has helped shape Banga Realty’s culture of collaboration and excellence.

Rebecca also specializes in serving Veterans, consistently working with service members and their families to ensure they have the support, resources, and understanding they need to navigate the homebuying process with confidence.
