Office Manager, REALTOR®, & Training Mentor, Banga Realty Heather Malott is the organizational heartbeat of Banga Realty, serving as both Office Manager and REALTOR®. She joined the company in August 2020 as a processor, quickly proving herself as an indispensable part of the team. Inspired to expand her role, Heather earned her real estate license in 2021 through the Banga School of Real Estate and now proudly represents clients as a REALTOR® with Banga Realty.

With a degree in Finance from Purdue University, Heather brings a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the numbers behind every transaction. Her perspective is further enriched by her husband’s work as a builder — a connection that gives her valuable insight into construction, design, and quality. Heather and her husband even built their own home, giving her first-hand experience in the process from blueprint to move-in.

In addition to her work with clients, she serves as a training mentor for new agents, guiding them through the fundamentals of real estate and helping them build the confidence to succeed. Heather’s blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, construction knowledge, and dedication to client service makes her a trusted resource for both her colleagues and the buyers and sellers she serves.
